AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AMENDING CHAPTER 18.88
OF THE REDLANDS MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADOPTING ZONING ORDINANCE
TEXT AMENDMENT NO. 227 RELATING TO NEIGHBORHOOD
CONVENIENCE CENTER DISTRICT R.P.C. No. 811
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
REDLANDS AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION ONE: That the City of Redlands Municipal Code shall be amended
by adding the following to Section 18.88.100:
"4. Family Recreation Centers
a. Family Recreation Centers consist of amusement machine arcades,
billiard rooms or other similar entertainment which is allowed subject
to approval of a Conditional Use Permit in the C-2, Neighborhood
Commercial, District."
SECTION TWO: This ordinance shall be in force and take effect as provided
by law. _
SECTION THREE: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
ordinance and cause it, or a summary of it, to be published once in the Redlands Daily
Facts, a newspaper of general circulation printed and published in this City.

ordinance was duly adopted by the City Council at a regular meeting thereof held on
the 15th day of June, 1993, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Larson, Cunningham, Milson, and Foster
NOES: Councilmember DeMidyn
ABSENT: None
