AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AMENDING
CHAPTER 18.12 OF THE REDLANDS MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADOPTING
ZONING ORDINANCE TEXT AMENDMENT NO. 229 RELATING TO LOT
LINE ADJUSTMENTS IN THE HILLSIDE DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
REDLANDS AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION ONE: That the City of Redlands Municipal Code shall be
amended by adding Section 18.I38.080 as follows:
"18.138.080 Exception
A lot line adjustment between two or more existing adjacent parcels
where the land taken from one parcel is added to an adjacent parcel, and
where a greater number of parcels or allowance for dwelling units than
originally existed is not thereby created is hereby exempt from the
provision of Chapter 18.138."
SECTION TWO: This ordinance shall be in force and take effect as provided
by law.
SECTION THREE: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
ordinance and cause it, or a summary of it, to be published once in the Redlands
Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation printed and published in this City.
