HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances_2252_CCv0001.pdf ORDINANCE NO. 2252 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AMENDING DIAGRAM 15.36.040(22) OF THE REDLANDS MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADOPTING ZONING ORDINANCE TEXT AMENDMENT NO. 232 RELATING TO FREEWAY ORIENTED SIGNS BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AS FOLLOWS: SECTION ONE: That Diagram 15.36.040(22) of the City of Redlands Municipal Code (Freeway Oriented Signs) shall be amended by incorporating a 400 foot radius from the east bound off-ramp of the I-10 Freeway at Ford Street as shown on Exhibit "A." SECTION TWO: This ordinance shall be in force and take effect as provided by law. SECTION THREE: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and cause it, or a summary of it, to be published once in the Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation printed and published in this City.
