AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AMENDING TITLE 18 OF THE
REDLANDS MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADOPTING A REVISED LAND USE ZONING PLAN
AS PART OF THE OFFICIAL LAND USE ZONING MAP AND EFFECTING ZONE
CHANGE NO. 362
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS does ordain:
SECTION ONE: Public hearings having been held before the Planning Commission of
the City of Redlands and the City Council of the City of Redlands pursuant to the California
Conservation and Planning Act and Title 18 of the Redlands Municipal Code, the boundaries as
shown on Supplement Map No. 362 attached hereto, are hereby approved and adopted as part of
the Official Land Use Zoning Map as provided for Section 18.16.024 of the Redlands Municipal
Code and on file in the Office of Planning and Community Development of the City of Redlands.
SECTION TWO: This ordinance establishes a change of zoning classification from A-1,
Agricultural, District to C-2, Neighborhood Convenience Center, District. Said change of zone
is in conformity with the General Plan.
SEC'T'ION THREE: The Mayor shall sign this ordinance and the City Clerk shall certify
to the adoption of this ordinance and shall cause it, or a summary of it, to be published once in
the Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation within the City, and thereafter, this
ordinance shall take effect in accordance with law.

duly adopted by the City Council at a regular meeting thereof held on the August 5, 1997, by the
following vote:
