ORDINANCE NO. 2377
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AMENDING TITLE 18 OF THE REDLANDS
MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADOPTING A REVISED LAND USE ZONING PLAN AS PART OF
THE OFFICIAL LAND USE ZONING MAP AND EFFECTING ZONE CHANGE NO. 366
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS does ordain:
SECTION ONE: Public hearings having been held before the Planning Commission of the
City of Redlands and the City Council of the City of Redlands pursuant to the California
Conservation and Planning Act and Title 18 of the Redlands Municipal Code, the boundaries as
shown on Supplement Map No. 366 attached hereto, are hereby approved and adopted as part of the
Official Land Use Zoning Map as provided for in Section 18.16.020 of the Redlands Municipal
Code and on file in the Office of Planning and Community Development of the City of Redlands.
SECTION TWO: This ordinance establishes a change of zoning classification from R-2,
Multiple Family Residential - 8,000 square foot lots, District to R-1, Single Family Residential -
7,200 square foot lots, District on a 9.4 acre site located on the northwest corner of Wabash and
Brockton Avenues. Said change of zone is in conformity with the General Plan.
SECTION THREE: The Mayor shall sign this ordinance and the City Clerk shall certify to
the adoption of this ordinance and shall cause it, or a summary of it, to be published once in the
Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation within the City, and thereafter, this
ordinance shall take effect in accordance with law.
