AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AMENDING TITLE 18 OF THE REDLANDS
MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADOPTING A REVISED LAND USE ZONING PLAN AS PART OF
THE OFFICIAL LAND USE ZONING MAP AND EFFECTING ZONE CHANGE NO. 370
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS does ordain:
SECTION ONE. PuNic hearings having been held before the Planning Commission of the
City of Redlands and the City Council of the City of Redlands pursuant to the California
Conservation and Planning Act and Title 18 of the Redlands Municipal Code, the boundaries as
shown on Supplement Map No. 370 attached hereto, are hereby approved and adopted as part of the
Official Land Use Zoning Map as provided for Section 18.16.020 of the Redlands Municipal Code
and on file in the Office of Planning and Community Development of the City of Redlands.
SECTION TWO: This ordinance establishes pre-zoning classification pending annexation of
82 acres of land within the City's Sphere of Influence to the M-2 (General Industrial) District
bounded by the Santa Ana River to the north, City Limit Line to the east, San Bernardino Avenue to
the south, and Mountain View Avenue to the west. Said zoning is in conformity with the General
Plan.
SECTION THREE: The Mayor shall sign this ordinance and the City Clerk shall certify to
the adoption of this ordinance and shall cause it, or a summary of it, to be published once in the
Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation within the City, and thereafter, this
ordinance shall take effect in accordance with law.

adopted by the City Council at a regular meeting thereof held on the 1st day of December, 1998, by
the following vote:

ANNEXATION NO. 76D
All of Lots 31 , 32, 33, 48, 49, 50, 51 , 52 and 53, and portions of Lots 34, 47
and 54 of the Orange Grove Homestead as recorded in Book 2 of Maps, Page 5,
records of San Bernardino County, State of California, being described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centeriine of Mountain View Avenue and the
centerline of San Bernardino Avenue, said point being on the existing city limit line of
the City of Redlands, and said point also being the point of beginning;
Thence North 001 02' 00" West, 2,010.75 feet along the centerline of
Mountain View Avenue to the northerly line of said Lot 51 of the Orange Grove
Homestead, said northerly line also being the beginning of the existing city limit line
of the City of Redlands;
Thence continuing easterly, southerly and westerly along the various courses
of the existing city limit line of the City of Redlands to the point of beginning.
Contains 82.0 acres more or less.
