AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AMENDING TITLE 18 OF THE REDLANDS
MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADOPTING A REVISED LAND USE ZONING MAP
ZONE CHANGE NO. 392
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section I. The zoning designation for the 108 acre area generally bounded by San
Bernardino Avenue on the south,Wabash Avenue on the east,Dearborn Street on the west,Sessums
Drive on the north and commonly referred to as the "Redlands Sports Park" is hereby changed from
"A-I (Agriculture) District to "O" (Open Land) District.
Section 2. The zoning designation for the 28 acres of property located within the Santa Ana
River on the north side of the Redlands Municipal Airport,and shown on Exhibit "A" and attached
hereto, is hereby changed from the zoning classification of"A-D" (Airport) District to "O" (Open
Land) District.
Section 3. The Mayor shall sign this ordinance and the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and shall cause it, or a summary of it, to be published once in the
Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation within the City, and thereafter, this
ordinance shall take effect in accordance with law.
