AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AMENDING CHAPTER 18.124 OF
THE REDLANDS MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO BUILDING HEIGHT WITHIN THE
OPEN LAND DISTRICT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 18.124.100 of the Redlands Municipal Code is hereby amended to
read as follows:
"Section 18.124.100 Building Height
In the Open Land zoning district, the height of buildings and structures shall not exceed
fifty-five (55) feet, and the height of light poles and flag poles shall not exceed eighty(80) feet."
Section 2. The Mayor shall sign this ordinance and the City CIerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and shall cause it, or a summary of it, to be published once in the
Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation within the City, and thereafter, this
ordinance shall take effect in accordance with law.
