AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS RECOMMENDING THE ZONE
CLASSIFICATION FOR PROPERTY TO BE ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF
REDLANDS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. Public hearings having been held before the Planning
Commission of the City of Redlands and the City Council of the City
of Redlands, complying with the California Government Code and the
provisions of ordinance No. 1000 of the City of Redlands, the zone
classification of R-E (Residential Estate) as shown on Supplemental
Map No. 109, attached hereto and made a part of this ordinance, is
hereby approved.
SECTION 2. This ordinance establishes a change of zone from
R-1-10 to R-E (Residential Estate) District for the unincorporated
territory as shown on the map attached. The zone classification of
R-E (Residential Estate) shall become effective at the same time that
annexation of the subject territory to the City of Redlands shall
become effective.
SECTION 3 . Effective date: This ordinance shall be in force
and take effect as provided by law.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once in the
Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation printed and
published in this city.

tify that the foregoing ordinance was duly adopted by the City
Council at a regular meeting thereof held on the 17th day of
December, 1968 by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Cummings, DeMirjyn, Knudsen, Mavor Burroughs
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilman Martinez
