AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO . 1000 OF THE CITY OF
REDLANDS BY ADOPTING AMENDMENT NO. 58 THERETO
The City Council of the City of Redlands does ordain as follows :
SECTION ONE: That Zoning Ordinance No . .1000 of the City of Redlands
be and is hereby amended by adopting Amendment No. 58 which amends a
section by reference to Ordinance No . 1281 entitled "Redlands Municipal
Airport Air Space Zoning Ordinance" , as follows :
SECTION 44.00 AIRPORT FLIGHT ZONE
Paragraph (c )
The provisions of the Redlands Municipal Airport Air
Space Zoning Ordinance regulating and restricting the
height of structures , objects of natural growth and
otherwise regulating the use of air space shall apply
to land lying outside the boundaries of the Redlands
Municipal Airport ,
SECTION TWO : Before adopting this Ordinance , the City Council held
a public hearing, notice of which was published once in the City--of
Redlands on the lath day of January , 1965 , 7 days before
the hearing.
SECTION THREE: This ordinance shall be in force and take effect
as provided by law.
SECTION FOUR: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this ordinance and cause the same to be published once in the
Redlands Daily Facts , a newspaper of general circulation printed
and published in this city.
