- A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OP REDLANDS, CALIFORNIA -
The City Council of the City of Redlands takes
this opportunity to commend
MAJOR AND MRS. ROBERT E. GAY
for their outstanding contribution to the Redlands
Hino Sister City Program.
While stationed as a military officer at Tachikawa
Air Force Base, Japan, Major Gay and his wife have
been the inspiration which has made the Redlands -
Hino Sister City relationship both successful and
rewarding.
BE IT THEREFORE HEREBY RESOLVED
that this City Council, on behalf of its citizens,
offers its sincere thanks for this unselfish
contribution to international understanding and
goodwill.
