HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances_1845_CCv0001.pdf ORDINANCE NO. 1845 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS RECOMMENDING THE ZONE CLASSIFICA- TION FOR PROPERTY TO BE ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF REDLANDS -- ANNEXATION NO. 59 ZONE CHANGE NO. 262 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS does ordain: SECTION 1. Public hearings have been held before the Planning Commission of the City of Redlands and the City Council of the City of Redlands, complying with the California Government Code and the provisions of Ordinance No. 1000 of the City of Redlands, the various zone classifications as shown on Supplemental Map No. 262, attached hereto and made a part of this ordinance, are hereby approved. SECTION 2 . This ordinance establishes changes of zones for property generally located between Mountain View Avenue, Lugonia Avenue, California Street and the I-10 Freeway including property generally located between California Street, I-10 Freeway, Alabama Street and Park Avenue . Said zone changes shall become effective at the same time that annexation of the subject territory to the City of Redlands shall become effective. SECTION 3 . Effective date: This ordinance shall be in force and take effect as provided by law. SECTION 4 . The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once in the Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation printed and published in this city.
