AN ORDINANCE 94ENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1000 OF THE: CITY OF REDLANDS BY
ADOPTING AMElID14ENT No. 42 THERETO.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CM OF REDLANDS DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS-.
SECTION ONE: That Zoning Ordinance No. 1000 of the City of Redlands, be
and is hereby amended by adopting Amendment No. 42 which amends a section as
follows:
SECTION 6.20 - SPECIFIC DEFINITIONS
That pursuant to Sections 65800 and 65807 of the Government Code,
Section 6.20 (Specific Definitions), is hereby amended by the
following addition:
MILE - One (1) male is defined as a linear distance of not
less than 5,280 feet measured radially on a horizontal
plane between the closest boundaries of the properties
under consideration.
One-half (1) mile is defined as a linear distance of

not less than 2,640 feet measured radially on a hori-
zontal plane between the closest boundaries of the
properties under consideration.
SECTION TWO: Before adopting this ordinance., the City Council held a
public hearing., notice of which was published in the City of Redlands on the
day of 1 19632 days before the hearing.
SECTION THREE: This ordinance shall be in force and take effect as
provided by law.
SECTION FOUR.- The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance
and cause the same to be published once inthe Redlands Daily Fact, a newspaper of
general circulation printed and published in this city.
