RESOLUTION NO. 2752
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF GRANT OF EASEMENT FROM THE
'SOUTHERN PACIFIC COMPANY.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, the intersection of Eureka Street at Redlands
Boulev rd constitutes a hazard to tilt motoring public; and
WHEREAS, the City of Redlands desires to minimize this
hazard by street widening;
WHEREAS, the southern Pacific Company has prepared a grant
of streeteasement for the purpose of street widening;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED:
1. That the City Council of the City of Redlands does
hereby accept the easement from the Southern
Pacific Company, and
. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
to sign this easement in behalf of the City Council,
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 6th day of May
1969.
