RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS APPOINTING DIRECTOR OF THE
A.K. SMILEY LIBRARY TO THE FILM COUNCIL CIRCUIT COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Resolution No 1030 of the City of Redlands adopted
on April 21, 1959 authorizes participation by the A.K Smiley
Library in a Joint Powers Agreement to form a "Film Council Cir-
cuit Commission" for the purpose of supplying a pool of film and
audio-visual material for the participating agencies; and
WHEREAS, Section 3 - Commission Members - of this Agreement
requires that the representative on this commission be the Librar-
ian of the agency or a member of his staff; and
WHEREAS, Section 3 of this Agreement requires that the rep-
resentative be appointed by the Governing Body of the Public
Agency,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
That Library Director, Phyllis C Irshay, is hereby appointed
Film Council Circuit Commissioner representing the City of Redlands
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this fifth day of September,
1967
