AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE
ZONING ORDINANCE, ORDINANCE
No. 1000, OF THE CITY OF RED-
LANDS, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTED
AUG. 15th, 1955.
The City Council of the City of I;,ed-
lands does ordain as follows:
Section One: That Section 21.41) (b)
of Zoning Ordinance No. 1000 of the
City of Redlands, California, adopted
Aug. 15th, 1955, be and is hereby amend-
ed to read as follows:
24.40 (b) Frequency of Districts,
The frequency of tho districts shall
be determined by the need for the
facilities listed in this district and
and based directly upon purcihaing
power available to :support ths, dis-
triet. Said districts shall be lucated
not closer than one (1) mile from any
other. C-2 District (Neighborhood
Shopping Center District).
Section Two: Effective date, this Or-
dinance shall he in force and talo ef-
fect as provided by law.
Section Three: The City Clerk shall
certify to the adoption of this ordinance
and cause the sante to be published
once in the Redlands Daily Facts, a
newspaper of general circulation print-
ed and published in this City.

regular meeting thereof, held on the

Roma, Anderson and Mayor Elkins.
