ORDINANCE NO. 1213
APT ORDINANCE AMENDING WINING ORDINANCE NO. 3000 OF TIS CITY OF REDLUMS BY
ADOPTING AiEPIDMENdT NO. y.0 THI1iRETO
The City Council of the City of Redlands does ordain as follows:
SECTION ONTE: That Zoning Ordinance Mlo. 1000 of the City of Redlands, be and
is hereby amended by adopting Amendment NTo. 40 which atrcends vari ous sections as
follows:
SECTIO`: 12,00 - Agricultural District Rer..ilations
1. ghat subsection (h) of Section 12.00 (ACRICULTLRAL DISTRICT
REO=CJLATIOIdSI lnhich reads as fol3.ows, is hereby deleted:
(h) Where land in the "A-1" District, is within
one thudsand three hundred twenty (1,320) feet
from a zoning district permitting "urban lots"
and/or development-, and where all urban facilities
are provided., such area may be developed for single
family use in conformity tvrith the property develop-
ment standards of the "R-11' D:i.stra.c.t. As a part of
this procedure, the Co_mmi scion may initiate proceedings
to re- .one said property to an appropriate residential
district.
2. The introduction of Section 32.00 (b) of Ordinance No.
1.014 arnen.ding Zoning Ordinance No. 1000 of the City of
Redlands, California adopted August 15, 19.55, is hereby
amended to read as follows:
SECTION X2.00 (b).: When a use is permitted in a district
subject to review and approval by the Co.,n.iss:ion,
fou.°teen (iii) copies of the site development plan and
elevation shall be submitted by the applicant. A
filing fee of Twenty Dollars ($20.00) shall be paid
f Viii s4 to play review.
3. Thentroduction to Sectioxz ;,W: .00 of Zoning Ordinar_ce
No. 3000 is hereby amended to dead as fc)IIows:
SECTION; .00: trFhen application for a Herne Occupation Permit
is filed with the Planning Department, a filing fee of Ten
Dollars ($30.00) shall be paid. The following criteria shall
be. employed to determine a valid Home Occupation:
1. The 50.20 (b), 51.20 (b), 52.20 (b) subsections of Zoning
Ordinance No. 1000 are hereby amended to read as follows:
SECTION_2G.20 _(b): When application .for a Variance is
filed a th the Planning Department; a filing fee of Fifty
D:-3llar.s ($50.00) plus One Dollar ($1.00) per lot, or, if
in acreage plus Five Dollars ($5.00) per acre, shall be
paid.
SECTION X1.20 _(b-) When application for a Change of Zone
is filed wl-lbh the Planning Department, a filing fee of Seventy
five Dollars ($75.00) plus One Dollar (01.00) per lot, or if
an acreage plus Five Dollars ($5.00) per acre, shall be paid.

Pe-ndt -i's filed with the Planning Department a filing fee of
Seventy-five, Dollars ($75.00) plus One DoXILar ($1.00) per
.Lotor if lin acreage plus Five Dollars ($15.00) per acre shall
be paid.
SECTION TWO-. Before adopting this Ordinance,, the City Counril held a public
