AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO, 1000 OF THE CITY
OF REDLANDS BY ADOPTING AMENDMENT NO . 47 THERETO
The City Council of the City of Redlands does ordain as follows :
SECTION ONE: That Zoning No. 1000 of the City of Redlands be and is here-
by amended by adopting Amendment No. 47 which amends a section as follows :
SECTION 45.20
EXCEPTIONS - LARGE SCALE DEVELOPMENTS
(c) Condominiums : The individual lot area and dimension require-
ments of this ordinance may be waived for the subdivision of property
developed in accordance with the regulations of the State Laws go-
verning condominium projects , provided that all local regulations pert-
aining to density, building height, setbacks , space between buildings
and other requirements applicable to the particular zone in which the
property is located shall be complied with,
Site plans and elevations for all condominium projects shall be sub-
mitted for Commission Review and Approval at the same time a subdi-
vision map is filed for tentative approval,
Copies of all appurtenances , covenants and deed restrictions providing
for the maintenance of the premises subject to the interest in common
shall be submitted to the City Planning Department with the appli-
cation for the subdivision. The aforesaid documents shall be re-
corded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San
Bernardino.
SECTION TWO : Before adopting this Ordinance, the City Council held a
public hearing, notice of which was published in the City of Redlands on
the tenth day of February, 1964, 7 days before the hearing.
SECTION THREE: This ordinance shall be in force and take effect as
provided by law,
SECTION FOUR: The City Clerk shall certify to the adopting of this
Ordinance and cause the same to be published once in the Redlands Daily
Facts , a newspaper of general circulation printed and published in
this city.

City of Redlands at a regular meeting thereof
held on the February eighteenth, 1964 by the
