AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AMENDING CHAPTER 18.28 OF THE
REDLANDS MUNICIPAL CODE ALLOWING AN INCREASE IN LOT COVERAGE FOR
NONCONFORMING LOTS IN THE R-R (RURAL RESIDENTIAL) ZONE
ORDINANCE TEXT AMENDMENT NO. 305
THE CITY COLTICIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 18.28.110 of the Redlands Municipal Code is hereby amended to
read as follows:
"Section 18.28.110 Maximum Coverage
Maximum coverage by structures in the R-R zone is 10% of the lot area; provided
legal, non-conforming lots of less than one acre in size are permitted to have the following lot
coverage:
A. 30% of the first 14,000 square feet of lot area;
B. 20% of the next additional 26,000 square feet of lot area; and
C. 5% of the next additional 3,560 square feet of lot area."
Section 2. The Mayor shall sign this ordinance and the City Clerk will certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and shall cause it, or a summary of it, to be published once in the
Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation within the City, and thereafter, this
ordinance shall take effect as provided by law.
