AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1000 OF THE CITY OF
REDLANDS BY ADOPTING AMENDMENT NO. 43 THERETO
The City Council of the City of Redlands does ordain as follows :
SECTION ONE: That Zoning Ordinance No. 1000 of the City of Redlands
be and is hereby amended by adopting Amendment No 43 which amends
various sections as follows :
SECTION 16.20 - PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS
(a) Minimum lot areas Ten thousand (10, 000) square feet .
(b) Minimum lot dimensions -.
1. Width: Eighty-five (85) feet. Cul-de-sac lots
shall have a minimum width of fifty (50) feet.
2. Depths One Hundred (100) feet.
SECTION TWO: Before adopting this Ordinance, the City Council held
a public hearing, notice of which was published in the City of Redlands
on the 1=. day of . : , 1963 , , , days before the hearing.
SECTION THREE: This ordinance shall be in force and take effect as
provided by law.
SECTION FOUR: The City Clerk shall certify to the adopting of this
Ordinance and cause the same to be published once in the Redlands
Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation printed and published
in this city.
