ORDINANCE NO. 1666
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1000 OF THE
CITY OF REDLANDS BY ADOPTING AMENDMENT NO. 136 THERETO
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION ONE: That Zoning Ordinance No. 1000 of the City of
Redlands , Section 23 . 30 : Property Development Standards, shall be
amended as follows :
SECTION 23 . 30: PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS
A. LOT AREA
1. Minimum area: Twenty-two thousand five hundred
(22 , 500) square feet.
2 . Maximum area: Four (4) acres.
L. GROSS LEASABLE AREA
The Gross Leasable Area (G.L.A. ) shall not exceed
37 , 500 square feet. For definition of G.L.A. , see
Section 24 . 30.
SECTION TWO: This ordinance shall be in force and take effect
as provided by law.
SECTION THREE: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this ordinance and cause it to be published once in the Redlands
Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation printed and pub-
lished in the City of Redlands .

certify that the foregoing ordinance was duly adopted by the City
Council at a regular meeting thereof held on the 7th day of
November, 1978 , by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Knudsen, DeMirjyn, Elliott, Riordan,
Mayor Martinez
