AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1000 OF THE CITY
OF REDLANDS BY ADOPTING AMENDMENT NO. 159 THERETO
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS does ordain:
SECTION ONE: That Ordinance No . 1000 of the City of Redlands .
Section 52 . 26 pertaining to accessory buildings, permanent buildings ,
and lot coverage in mobilehome parks, be hereby amended as follows:
SECTION 52 . 26 : PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS WITHIN THE PARK
C. ACCESSORY BUILDINGS
Accessory buildings or structures, such as carports,
cabanas, storage rooms, patio covers and other simi-
lar structures, are permitted subject to the setback
requirements of this section.
U. COVERAGE
The maximum coverage of an individual space (lot) by
a mobilehome and accessory buildings or structures
such as garages, carports, storage rooms, patio covers
and other similar structures shall be sixty (60) per
cent of the net lot area.
SECTION TWO: This ordinance shall be in force and take effect as
provided by law.
SECTION THREE: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this ordinance and cause it to be published once in the Redlands Daily
Facts, a newspaper of general circulation printed and published in this
city.

the foregoing ordinance was duly adopted by the City Council at a regu-
lar meeting thereof held on the 5th day of January, 1982 , by the
following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Gorman, Martinez, Roth; Mayor DeMirayn
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilmember Riordan
