AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AMENDING ZONING
ORDINANCE NO. 1000 BY ADOPTING AMENDMENTS NOS . 157-A
AND 157-B THERETO
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION ONE: That Ordinance No . 1000 of the City of Redlands ,
Section 14 : 00 : R-A Residential Estate District Regulations, be
hereby amended as follows:
SECTION 14 .00: R-A RESIDENTIAL ESTATE DISTRICT REGULATIONS
Section 14 : 20: PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS
A. MINIMUM LOT AREA
Slope Area
0 to 15% 20 , 000 sq. ft.
16 to 30% 25,000 sq. ft.
Greater than 304 40,000 sq. ft.
SECTION TWO: That Ordinance No. 1000 of the City of Redlands,
Section 15: 00 : R-E Residential Estate District Regulations, be
hereby amended as follows:
SECTION 15 : 00: R-E RESIDENTIAL ESTATE DISTRICT REGULATIONS
Section 15: 20 : PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS
A. MINIMUM LOT AREA
Slope Area
0 to 15% 14, 000 sq. ft.
16 to 30% 25, 000 sq. ft.
Greater than 300 40 ,000 sq. ft.
SECTION THREE: This ordinance shall be in force and take
effect as provided by law.
SECTION FOUR: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this ordinance and cause it to be published once in the Redlands
Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation printed and pub-
lished in this city.
