AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1000 OF THE
CITY OF REDLANDS BY ADOPTING AMENDMENT NOS . 156-A, 156-B,
156-C, 156-D, AND 156-E THERETO
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION ONE: That Ordinance No. 1000 of the City of Redlands,
Section 27. 00 : C-M Commercial Industrial District, be hereby
amended as follows:
SECTION 27. 00: C-M COMMERCIAL INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT
Section 27. 10: GENERAL PROVISIONS
D. Site plans and elevations for all new construction and/or
additions shall be submitted to the Commission for review
and approval.
SECTION TWO: That Ordinance No. 1000 of the City of Redlands,
Section 27. 50 : M-P Planned Industrial District, be hereby amended
as follows :
SECTION 27 . 50 : M-P PLANNED INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT
Section 27 . 51 : USES PERMITTED
A. Site plans and elevations for all new construction and/or
additions shall be submitted to the Commission for review
and approval. Buildings, structures, and land shall be
used, and buildings and structures shall hereafter be
erected, altered, or enlarged only for the following uses :
SECTION THREE: That Ordinance No . 1000 of the City of Redlands,
Section 28 . 00 : M-1 Light Industrial District, be hereby amended as
follows:
SECTION 28. 00 : M-1 LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT
Section 28 . 10 : USES PERMITTED
A. Site plans and elevations for all new construction and/or
additions shall be submitted to the Commission for review
and approval. Buildings , structures, and land shall be
used, and buildings and structures shall hereafter be
erected, altered, or enlarged only for the following uses :
SECTION FOUR: That Ordinance No . 1000 of the City of Redlands,
Section 28 . 50 : I-P Industrial District, be hereby amended as follows:
SECTION 28 . 50 : I-P INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT
Section 28. 51: USES PERMITTED
A. Site plans and elevations :for all new construction and/or
additions shall be submitted to the Commission for review
and approval . Buildings, structures, and land shall be
used, and buildings and structures shall hereafter be
erected, altered, or enlarged only for the following uses :
SECTION FIVE: That Ordinance No. 1000 of the City of Redlands,
Section 29. 00: M-2 General Industrial District, be hereby amended.
as follows :.
SECTION 29. 00 : M-2 GENERAL INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT
Section 29 .10: USES PERMITTED
A. Site plans and elevations for all new construction and/or
additions shall be submitted to the Commission for review
and approval. Buildings , structures, and land shall
hereafter be erected, altered, or enlarged only for the
following uses:
SECTION SIX: This ordinance shall be in force and take effect
as provided by law.
SECTION SEVEN: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this ordinance and cause it to be published once in the Redlands
Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation printed and
published in this city.
