HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances_1083_CCv0001.pdf ORDINANCE NO. 1083 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 1000 OF THE CITY OF REDLA14-DS TO ESTABLISH REASONABLE MINI14UM PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS RELATIVE TO ENTIRELY NEW BUILDINGS CONSTRUCTED FOR ADMINISTRATIVE AND/OR PROFESSIONAL OFFICE USES IN THE CITY OF REDLANDS The City Council of the City of Redlands does ordain: SECTION 1. Public hearings have been held before the Planning Commission of the City of Redlands and the City Council of the City of Redlands , pursuant to the California Conservation and Planning Act and Ordinance No. 1000 of the City of Redlands , hereby amends Section 21. 10 - Property Development Standards - Same as for "R-311 District by adding kXCEPT when an entirely new building is con- structed for administrative and/or profess- ional office uses , each lot shall have a rear yard of not less than ten feet (10 ft. ) . and said amendment is hereby adopted. SECTION 2. This ordinance , establishing reasonable minimum property development standards , shall be designated Amend- ment No. 15 to Ordinance No. 1000. SECTION 3® Effective date: This ordinance shall be in force and take effect as provided by law. SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be published once in the Redlands Daily Facts , a newspaper of general cirulation printed and published in this City.
