The City Council of the City of Redlands does ordain as follows; SECTION ONE: In accordance with Amendment No. 31, Section 37.00 Cb) of Zoning Ordinance No. 1000 of the City of Redlands, be and is hereby =ended to read as follows: "Section 37.00 (b) In each block in the R-pt, R-E, R-S R-3# H-l-D 11-2 and R-3 residential districts, where fifty (53%5 per oent or more of the frontage an a side of a given stree- is . ready built up, the average distance from thio main building shall be determined to be the setback line , provided, however, that in no case shall this distance be less than 15 -ft." SECTION TWO: Before adaptin­ this Ordinance, the City Council held a public hearing, notice of w1aoh. -,va_s published in the City of Redlands on the 5th day of June, 1959, 11 days before the hea.-ing. SECTION THREE: This Ordinance shall be in force and take effect as provided by law. SECTION FOUR: Tho City Clerk shall a.ertify to the adoption of this Ordinanoe and cause the samie to be pablished ce in the Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation printed as dpublished in this City,.
