AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1000 OF THE
CITY OF REDLANDS BY ADOPTING AMENDMENT NO. 89 THERETO
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS :
Section One: That Zoning Ordinance No. 1000 of the City of
Redlands, Section 28.00, M--1 Light Industrial District, is hereby
amended as follows:
SECTION 28. 00: LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT
Section 28. 10 - USES PERMITTED
C. USES PERMITTED BY CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
The following uses may be permitted subject to approval
of a Conditional Use Permit:
Animal and pet hospitals, kennels and animal pounds
Building materials storage yards
Business, technical, trade or professional schools
Commercial recreation such as bowling lanes and
skating rinks
Contractor ' s storage yards
Equipment rentals
Feed and fuel yards
Motels
Outdoor vehicle storage and holding lot, with no
dismantling or wrecking permitted
Restaurants
Section Two: This ordinance shall be in force and take effect
as provided by law.
Section Three: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this ordinance and cause it to be published once in the Redlands
Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation printed and published
in the City of Redlands.
