HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances_1406_CCv0001.pdf ORDINANCE NO. 1405 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1000 OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS BY ADOPTING AMENDMENT NO. 90 THERETO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES ORDAIN AS FOL- LOWS: Section One: That Zoning Ordinance No. 1000 of the City of Redlands, Section 39. 00, Residential Parking Space Requirements, is hereby amended as follows: SECTION 39. 00: RESIDENTIAL PARKING SPACE REQUIREMENTS Section 39.40: PARKING LIMITATIONS 3 . The storage or long term parking of vehicles and related parts shall be within a garage or carport . 4. The repair, restoration and mechanical maintenance of vehicles registered to the resident occupant is permitted provided all work shall be conducted within an enclosed garage or an enclosed area. 5. The parking of any commercial licensed vehicle in excess of one ton capacity is not permitted. 5 . No parking permitted in required landscaped front yard areas . Section Two: This ordinance shall be in force and take effect as provided by law. Section Three: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and cause it to be published once in the Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation printed and published in the City of Redlands .
