HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances_1438_CCv0001.pdf ORDINANCE NO. 1438 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1000 OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS BY ADOPTING AMENDMENT NO. 97 THERETO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS : Section One: That Zoning Ordinance No. 1000 of the City of Redlands, Section 39.00 RESIDENTIAL PARKING SPACE REQUIREMENTS , is hereby amended as follows: SECTION 39.00: RESIDENTIAL PARKING SPACE REQUIREMENTS Section 39. 10: GENERAL PROVISIONS E. RELOCATED PARKING FACILITIES Whenever existing parking facilities are removed or converted to a permitted non-parking use, the following regulations shall apply: 1. Any driveway approach that no longer provides access to a covered parking facility shall be removed and replaced with standard curb and gutter in accordance with city specifications . 2. All paved surfaces in the front yard area that no longer provide access to a covered parking facility shall be removed and the area landscaped. Section Two: This ordinance shall be in force and take effect as provided by law. Section Three: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and cause it to be published once in the Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation printed and published in the City of Redlands.
