AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS RECOMMENDING THE ZONE
CLASSIFICATION FOR PROPERTY TO BE ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF
REDLANDS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. Public hearings having been held before the Plan-
ning Commission of the City of Redlands and the City Council of the
City of Redlands, complying with the California Government Code and
the provisions of Ordinance No. 1000 of the City of Redlands, the
zone classifications of $-2-2000 (Multiple Family Residential) Dis-
trict, R-2-3000 (Multiple Family Residential) District, A-1 (Agri-
culture) District, and FP-1 (Flood Plain) District as shown on
Supplemental Map No. 119, attached hereto and made a part of this
ordinance, are hereby approved.
SECTION 2 . This ordinance establishes a change of zone from
A-1 and R-1-5 Districts for the unincorporated territory as shown
on the map attached. The zone classifications of R-2-2000 (Multiple
Family Residential) District, R-2-3000 (Multiple Family Residential)
District, A-1 (Agriculture) District, and FP-1 (Flood Plain) Dis-
trict shall become effective at the same time that annexation of
the subject territory to the City of Redlands shall become effective.
SECTION 3 . Effective date: This ordinance shall be in force
and take effect as provided by law.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once in the
Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation _printed and
published in this city.

at a regular meeting thereof held on the 17th day of November, 1970
by the following vote:
