CFAIGE, OF ZONE. ZONE CHANGE NO. 58,
TIE 'CITY COUNCIL OF 11rE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES OP AIN:
SECTIOIN 1. Pijblic hearings have been held before the Planning Cammission
of the- City of Redlands and the City Council of the City of Redlands pur-
sitant to the California Conservation and Planning Act and Ordinance No.
1000 of tkie City of Redlands, the zone district as shoi-4T, on Land Use
District Map entitled "City of Redlands Zoning 11ap", Supplemental 11,1ap
No. 58 attached hereto, is nereby approved, and said Map is hereby adopted
as a part of the Official Land Use Zone Map as prov-ided in Section 9 of
Ordin--mce No. 1000 and on file in the office, of the Planning Commission of
the City of Redlands.
SECTIUN 2. This ordinance establishes a change of zone from C-2 (Neigh-
borhood Shopping Center) District, to 11-1 (Single Faznily Residential)
District. for that property located at the northeast corner of Church
Street and Brockton Avenue and containing approximately 4.125 acres.
Said change of zone would be an extension of anexisting
, R-1 zone and
is in confonqity vrith the Master Plan.
SECTION 3. Effective date: This ordinance shall be in force and take
effect as provided by law.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adontion of this ordinance
and cz-,use the same to be published once in the Redlands Daily Facts, a
newspaper of general circulation printed and p-ublished in this city.
