AN ORDINANCE A1,1E,,7DING ORDINANCE NO. 1000 OF THE CITY OF 1E,DLL�-.Wl BY ADOPTING
ADDITIONAL LAND USE, DISTRICT TRPS AS PART OF TEE OFFICIAL LAND USE ZONI1NG
MAP AND EFFECTING A CHANGE OF ZONE, ZONE CHANGE NO. 48.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. Public hearings having been held before the
Planning Commission of the City of Redlands and the City
Council of the City of Redlands pursuant to the California
Conservation and Planning Act and Ordinance No. 1000 of
the City of Redlands., the zone district as shown on Land
Use District Map entitles "City of Redlands Zoning Flap".
Supplemental Map No. 48 attached heretot is hereby
approved., and said Map is hereby adopted as a part of the
Official Land Use Zone Map as provided in Section 9 of
Ordinance No. 1000 and on file in the office of the
Planning Commission of the City of Redlands.
SECTION 2. This ordinance establishes a change of zone
from A-1 (AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT) , to R-1 (Single Family
Residential) District for that property legally described
as Sublot 2., of Lot 365 of Block 77, Rancho San Bernardino,
as shown on map of East Redlands, as per plat recorded in
Book 7 of Maps, Page 47, Records of San Bernardino County.,
State of California, located on the northeast corner of
Citrus Avenue and Lincoln Street and containing approximately
nine (9) acres. Said change of zone to R-1 (Single Family
Residential) would be an extension of the existing R-1 zone
and is in conformity with the General Plan.
SECTION 3. Effective date: This ordinance shall be in force
and take effect as provided by law.
SECTION 4n The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this ordinance and cause the same to be published once in
the Redlands Dally Facts,, a newspaper of general circulation
printed and published in this city.
