AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS RECOMMENDING THE ZONE
CLASSIFICATIONS FOR PROPERTY TO BE ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF
REDLANDS - ANNEXATION NO. 58 ZONE CHANGE 237
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. Public hearings have been held before the Planning Com-
mission of the City of Redlands and the City Council of the City of
Redlands, complying with the California Govenment Code and the provisions
of Ordinance No. 1000 of the City of Redlands, the various zone classifi-
cations as shown on Supplemental Map No. 237 , attached hereto and made a
part of this ordinance, are hereby approved.
SECTION 2 . This ordinance establishes changes of zones for property
generally located within the area bounded by Citrus Avenue, Iowa Street,
Barton Road and Terracina Boulevard. Said zone changes shall become
effective at the same time that annexation of the subject territory to the
City of Redlands shall be come effective.
SECTION 3. Effective date : This ordinance shall be in force and
take effect as provided by law.
SECTION 4 . The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once in the Redlands
Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation printed and published in
this city.
