CHANGING THE USE OF SLICE PROPERTY FROM TIM LIGHT INDUSTRY ZONE

The City Council of the City of Redlands do ordain as follows:
Section One: That Ordinance No. 875 , entitled "ANT ORDIMUTICE
OF THE ',;IITY OF j-?ZDLAN1jS CZ�.L=NG, ESTABLISHING ANDSAID cl-j-y
INTO CERTAIN ZONES OR DISTRICTS WITHIN VMICH THE ERI-�,CTIUN, I-ONSTRUCTION,
ALTE1,LkTION OR MA:MTM .iUiCE OF CZYrAIN BUILDINGS, OR TiE, CARRYING ON
CERTAIN TRADES OR CL-LLLI14GS TIMEIN 13 REGULATED AND PROVIDING FOR SET
BACK LINES MIEREIN, AND OMM iCTC=rIONS FOR TBE OCCUPANCY AIT D USE
OF PROPERTY IN SAID CITY AND REPEPA11-ING ORDIIIIANCES NO. 699s 702, 71.3 :
716, 717, 727, 754, 800, 808, 813 and 865, 11adopted May 15th, 1947,
is hereby amended by removing and rezoning the following described
property from Zone B2, Light Industry, to Zone Bl, Agricultural,
thereby changing the uses of said property from the light industry
zone to Agricultural uses as set forth and definded under Zone B2 of
said Ordinance No. 875 . That 11.-he property hereby rezoned and changed
from Light Industry to the Agricultural Zone B2 is hereby particularly
described as follol,'Ts:
That certain section of the City of Redlands, County of
San Bernardino, State of California, bounded by the center
line of Clay Street on the East; the center line of San
Bernardino Avenue on the North; Texas Street on the `:Nest;
and the center line of Lugonia Avenue on the South.
Section Two: This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
thirty days from and after its passage and approval.
Section Three: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage
of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published n
the Redlands Daily Facts, a daily newspaper hereb desig ed for
that purpose
