AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO, 1000 OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS BY ADOPTING
ADDITIONAL LAND USE DISTRICT MAPS AS PART CF THE OFFICIAL LAND USE ZONING MAP
AND EFFECTING A CHANGE OF ZONE. ZONE CHANGE NO, 63.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDIANDS DOES ORDAINg
SECTION V Public hearings basing been held before the Planning
Commission of the City of Redlands and the City Council of the City of
Redlands pursuant to the California Conservation and Planning Act and
Ordinance No. 1.001 of the City of Redlands, the zone district as shown
on Lard Use District MAP entitled "City of Redlands Zoning Map", Supple-
mental Map No.63 attached hereto, is hereby approved, and said Map is
Qrsby adopted as a part of the Official Land Use Zone Map as provided
in Section 9 of Ordinance W 1.000 and an file in the office of the Planning
Commission of the City of Redlands.
SECTION 2. This ordinance establishes a change of zone from R-2
(Witip> Family Residential) District to R-2-2000 (Multiple Family
Residential) District for property located on the north side of Cypress
Avenue approximately 180 feet west of Redlands Boulevard, Approximately
four acres. Said change of zone to R-2-2000 would be a reasonable increase
in density as provided for in Amendment No. 36 to Zcrdng Ordinance No. 1000
and is in conformity with the General Plan.
SECTION 3. Effective date: This ordinance shall be in force and take
effect as provided by law.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance
and cause the same to be published once in the Redlands Daily Facts, a news-
paper of general circulation printed and published in this city.
