HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances_1732_CCv0001.pdf ORDINANCE NO. 1732 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1000 OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS BY ADOPTING ADDITIONAL LAND USE DISTRICT MAP AS PART OF THE OFFICIAL, LAND USE ZONING MAP AND EFFECTING CHANGE OF ZONE. ZONE CHANGE 224 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS dues ordain: SECTION ONE: Public hearings having been held before the planning Commission of the City of Redlands and the City Council of the City of Redlands pursuant to the California Conservation and Planning Act and Ordinance No. 1000 of the City of Redlands, the zone district as shown on Land Use District reap entitled "City of Redlands Zoning Map, " Sup- plemental Map No. 224, attached hereto, is hereby approved and said Map is hereby adopted as a part of the Official Land Use Zone Map as provided in Section 9 of Ordinance. No. 1000 and on file in the office of the Planning Commission of the City of Redlands. SECTION TWO: This ordinances establishes a change of zone from A-1 (Agricultural) District to R--1 (Single Family Residential) District for approximately 9. 5 acres of property located on the northeast corner of Occidental Drive and San Bernardino Avenue. Said change of zone to R-1 (Single Family Residential) District would be in conformity with the land use element of the General Plan. SECTION THREE: Effective date: This ordinance shall be in force and take effect as provided by law.
