AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS ADOPTING AMENDMENT NO.
100 TO ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1000 OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES ORDAIN:
Section One: That Zoning Ordinance No. 1.000 of the city of
Redlands, Section 52. 25: PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS, be amended
as follows:
Section 52. 25 : PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS - GENERAL PROVISIONS
C. CONFORMANCE WITH ZONE DENSITY REQUIRED
The maximum number of mobile home units per acre permitted
in the various zones shall be as follows:
ZONE ADULT PARK FAMILY PARK
R-3 , R-2-2000, R-2, R-1 7 6. 1
R- S 5 4.4
R-E 4 3 . 1
R-A 3 2. 2
Each park type may be converted to the other with appro-
priate changes as required in the number of mobile home
spaces and amount of open space areas, subject to approval
of a Conditional Use Permit for the modified plans.
Section Two: This ordinance shall be in force and take effect
as provided by law.
Section Three: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this ordinance and cause it to be published once in the Redlands Daily
Facts, a newspaper of general circulation printed and published in the
City of Redlands.
