AN ORDINANCE AMENDLIG ORDINANCE NO. 1000 OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS BY ADOPTING
ADDITIONAL LAND USE DISTRICT MAPS AS PART OF THE OFFICIAL LAND USE ZONING
MAP AND EFFECTING A CHkNGE OF ZONE. ZONE CHANCE NO. 50.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES ORDAIN
SECTION to Public hearings having been held before the
Planning Commission of the City of Redlands and the City
Council of the City of Redlands pursuant to the California
Conservation and Planning Act and Ordinance No. 1000 of
the City of Redlands., the zone district as shown on Land
Use District Map entitled "City of Redlands Zoning Map",
Supplemental Map No. 50 attached hereto, is hereby
approved, and said Map is'hereby adopted as a part of the
Official. Land Use Zone Map as provided in Sect-ton 9 of
Ordinance No. 1000 and on file in the office of the
Planning Commission of the City of Redlands.
SECTION 2. This ordinance establishes a change of zone
from. R-E (Estate Residential) District, to R-2-2000
(Multiple Family Residential) District for that property
legally described as a portion of Block 36 and a portion
of Block 40 as shown on Redlands Heights Map No. 8 as per
plat recorded in Book 9 of Maps., Page 5, Records of San
Bernardino County,, State of California, located at the
nor+,hwest corner of Roosevelt Road and Marshall Street
and containing approximately twelve (12) acres.
SECTION 3. Effective date: This ordinance shall be in
force and take effect as provided by law.
SECTION 4,, The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this ordinance and cause the same to be published on-le in
the Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation
printed and published in this city*
