AN ORDINANCE: AMENDING ORDINANCE NO . 1000 OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS BY
ADOPTING ADDITIONAL LAND USE DISTRICT MAPS AS PART OF Tf1E OFFICIAL
LAND USE ZONING MAP
The City Council of the City of Redlands does ordain:
SECTTCN 1 . Public hearings 11IRving7 been held before the
Planning Commission of the City of i�edland.3- and the City Council
of the City of Redlands pursuant to the California Conservation
and Planning Act and Ordinance No . 1000 of the City of Redlands ,
the zone district as shown on the Land Use District Map entitled
"City of Redlands Zonin-9, Map , Supplemental Map No . 5" , is hereby
ap-oroved, and said mar is hereby adopted as a part of the Official
Land Use Zone Man as provided in Section Nine of Ordinance No. 1000
and on file in the Office of the City Planning Corrimisslon of the
City of Redlands.
SECTION 2. Effective date : T'his Ordinance shall be in
force and take effect as nrovided by law.
SECTION 3 . The Citi, Clerk shall certify to tl-,,e adot)tiop
of this Ordinance and cause the same to be -n-u-blished once in the
Redlands Daily Facts , a newspaper of generel circulation printed
and published in this City.
