AN ORDINANCE A10,1DING ORDINANCE NO. 1000 OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS BY
ADOPTING ADDITIONAL LA10 USE DISTRICT MAPS AS PART OF THE OFFICIAL
LAND USE ZONING MAP AND EFFECTING A CHANGE OF ZONE. ZONE CHANGE NO. 51
THE CITY COUNCIL OF TBE CITY OF IREDL0MS DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION ONE: Public hearings hatring been held before the
Planning COMMi53ion of the City of Redlands and the City
Council of the City of Redlands pursuant to the California
Conservation and Planning Act and Ordinance No. 1.000 of
the City of Redlands., the zone district as shown on Land
Use Map entitIed "City of Redlands Zoning Map". Supplemental
Map No. 51 attached hereto, is hereby approved, and said
Map is hereby adopted as a part of the Official Land Use
Zone Map as provided in Section 9 of Ordinance No. 1000 and
on file in the office of the Planning Commission of the
City of Redlands.
SECTION TWO: This ordinance establishes a change of zone
from A-P (Administrative-Prof e s sional) District, to R-3
(Mult-1-ple Family -Residential) District for that property
legally described as the northerly 11+0 feet of Lot 9 of
Tract No. 6284.
SECTION THREE.- Effective date: This ordinance shall be in
force and take effect as provided by law.
SECTION FOUR: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this ordinance and cause the same to be published once
in the Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circu-
lation printed and published in this city.
