HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances_1792_CCv0001.pdf i-:= r ORDINANCE NO. 1792 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS REMOVING THE ZONING DESIGNATION FROM CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY PURSUANT TO SECTION 51 . 00 OF ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1000 , AS AMENDED ZONE CHANGE 246 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS does ordain as follows : SECTION ONE: That certain real property in the City of Redlands , County of San Bernardino, State of California, as shown on the attached map entitled "City of Redlands Zoning Map, " Supplement Map No. 246 , is hereby removed from the A-1 (Agricultural) District. SECTION TWO: The Planning Director shall modify the Official Zoning Map in accordance with this ordinance to indicate thereon that approximately 10 acres of real property located on the west side of Wabash Avenue, 660 feet south of Lugonia Avenue is no longer a portion of the A-1 Zone. This property is now subject to the land use restric- tions of Specific Plan No . 28 and shall be so identified on the Zoning Map by placement of the letters and number "S.P. 28" after the former zone classification. SECTION THREE: This ordinance shall go into effect only concur- rently with the adoption of Specific Plan No. 28 . Should the land use restrictions of that Specific Plan be in any way removed from the subject property, this ordinance shall expire and the former zoning designation on this property shall return to full force and effect. SECTION FOUR: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and cause it to be published once in the Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation printed and published in this city. fJA r ATTEST: 'f Mayor of the) ity,.
