HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances_2558_CCv0001.pdf ORDINANCE NO. 2558 ANI ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AMENDING TITLE l8 OF THE REDLANDS MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADOPTFNG A REVISED LAND USE ZONING PLAN AS PART OF THE OFFICIAL LAND USE ZONING MAP ZONE CHANCE NO. 391 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS does ordain: SECTION ONE: Public hearings having been held before the Planning Commission of the City of Redlands and the City Council of the City of Redlands pursuant to the California Conservation and Planning Act and Title 18 of the Redlands Municipal Code, the boundaries as shown on Supplement Map No. 391 attached hereto, are hereby approved and adopted as part of the Official Land Use Zoning Map as provided for in Section 18.16.020 of the Redlands Municipal Code and on file in the Office of Planning and Community Development of the City of Redlands. SECTION TWO: This ordinance establishes a change of zoning classification from unincorporated County property to R-1 (Single Family Residential) District and R-E (Residential Estate) District on two contiguous parcels totaling 8.93 gross acres located south of Madeira Avenue, north of Mentone Boulevard, west of Sapphire Avenue and east of Plumwood Lane. Said change of zone is in conformity with the General Plan.. SECTION THREE: The Mayor shall sign this ordinance and the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and shall cause it, or a summary of it, to be published once in the Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation within the City, and thereafter, this ordinance shall take effect in accordance with law. i ATTEST: *ayof City of Re ds City�C] k 1, Lorrie Poyzer, City Clerk, City of Redlands, hereby certify that the foregoing ordinance was duly adopted by the City Council at a regular meeting thereof held on the 6th da of Jana following vote: Y January, 2004, by the AYES: Councilmembers Gil, Gilbreath, George, Harrison; Mayor Peppler NOES.
