AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AMENDING TITLE 18 OF THE REDLANDS
MUNICIPAL CODE BY REVISING THE CITY'S LAND USE ZONING MAP
ZONE CHANGE NO. 402
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The zoning designation for 4.89 acres, Assessor's Parcel No. 298-251-09 located
on the northwest corner of Mentone Boulevard (State Highway 38) and Amethyst Street is hereby
rezoned to the City's zoning designation of R-1 (Single Family Residential) District.
Section 2. The Mayor shall sign this ordinance and the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and shall cause it, or a summary of it, to be published once in the
Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation within the City, and thereafter, this
ordinance shall take effect in accordance with law.

duly adopted by the City Council at a regular meeting thereof held on the 3rd day of August, 2004,
by the following vote:
