AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AMENDING TITLE 18 OF THE REDLANDS
MUNICIPAL CODE BY REVISING THE CITY'S LAND USE ZONING MAP
ZONE CHANGE NO. 407
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The zoning designation for a .66 acre City-owned parcel of land located on the
south side of Barton Road, approximately 300 feet west of Lakeside Avenue and identified as APN
172-481-02 is hereby changed from "C-I" (Neighborhood Stores) District to "A-P" (Administrative
and Professional Office) District.
Section 2. The Mayor shall sign this ordinance and the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and shall cause it, cr a summary of it, to be published once in the
Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation within the City, and thereafter, this
ordinance shall take effect in accordance with law.

of October, 2004, by the following vote:
