RESOLVED that the City Councal of the City of Redlands, CaliforniL ha
received from 3eatrice M, Richardson and Willinm K. Richardson, the grant oi real
property by Grant Deed in the City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of
California, as described au the deed dated June 30, 1959 and attached herete, said

Ali ,that portioia of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest
tLuar,er of Sect.lon 33, Tounshap 1 South, Mange 3 Vest, San
Bernardino Base & Meridaan, in the City of Redlands, County
of San Bernardino, State of California, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the intersection of the center line of Sunset
Drive and the West lino of sold Southwest Quarter of Section
36, thence North 39° 5052" East 30.07 feet; thence Suuth
56° d6° East 3E05088 feet; thence South 70° 30' 30" East
64.8 feet; thence North 19° 20° 30" East 25.00 feet; thence
