RESOLUTION CONCERNIR3 4 GRANT OF REAL PROPERTY BY THE CITY OF REDLANW
TO GARRET AND DORA VANDER HOOP, AND TO JAMES AND DORAY VANDER HOOP.
RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Redlands, California,
does herby authorize the remise, releaee„ and quitclaim by QUITCLAIM
DEED to Garrett and Dora Vander Hoop, and to James and Dery Vander Hoop
of real property in the City of Redlands, County ,fSan Bernardino, State
of California, described as fellows:
A 36 foot wide strip of land in ;lee City of Redlands, County
of San Beenardino„ State of California lying east of a line
14 feet from and parallel with the centerline of Tennessee
Street as said centerline is shown on a Map of Barton Ranch
as recorded in Book 6 of Maps, Page 19 thereof, records of
said County. Said strip is bounded on the north by a line
W4 feet south of and parallel with the centerline of Colton
Avenue and on the south by a line 309.37 feet south of and
parallel with said centerline of Colton Avenue.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the Mayor of the City of
Redlands is hereby authorized., empowered and directed to execute said
Quitclaim Deed on behalf of the City of Red14nds.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 21 day of November, 1961.
