AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AMENDING TITLE 18 OF THE
REDLANDS MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADOPTING A REVISED LAND USE ZONING
MAP
ZONE CHANGE NO. 427
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The zoning designation for approximately 6.68 acres of property designated as
Assessor's Parcel No. 0298-052-09 located on the northeast corner of Wabash Avenue and Nice
Avenue, is hereby changed from unincorporated area of San Bernardino County to M-1 (Light
Industrial) District; and the zoning designation for approximately 6.37 acres of property
designated as Assessor's Parcel No. 0298-051-79 located on the southheast comer of Wabash
Avenue and Naples Avenue, is hereby changed from unincorporated area of San Bernardino
County to C-4 (Highway Commercial) District on the City's Land Use Zoning Map as more
particularly shown on the map attached hereto as Exhibit "A."
Section 2. The Mayor shall sign this ordinance and the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and shall cause it, or a summary of it, to be published once in the
Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation within the City, and thereafter, this
ordinance shall tape effect in accordance with law.

was duly adopted by the City Council at a regular meeting thereof held on the 7th day of August,
2007.
