AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AMENDING TITLE 18 OF THE
REDLANDS MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADOPTING A REVISED LAND USE ZONING
MAP (ZONE CHANGE NO. 440)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The zoning designation for approximately 0.75 acres of property
designated as Assessor's Parcel No. 0299-331-01 (the "Property"), located on the east
side of Wabash Avenue, approximately 400 feet south of Seventh Street, is hereby
changed from unincorporated area of San Bernardino to RE (Residential Estate) District
on the City's Land Use Zoning Map as more particularly shown on the map attached
hereto as Exhibit"A."
Section 2. In accordance with Government Code section 65859, the proposed
change in zoning for the Property shall become effective at the same time that an
annexation of the Property to the City of Redlands becomes effective.
Section 3. The City Council hereby determines that the adoption of this ordinance
is exempt from review under the California Environmental Quality Act ('CEQA")
pursuant to State CEQA Guidelines section 15061(b)(3) because it can be seen with
certainty that there is no possibility that such action will have a significant effect upon the
environment.
Section 4. The Mayor shall sign this ordinance and the City Clerk shall certify to
the adoption of this ordinance and shall cause it, or a summary of it, to be published once
in the Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation within the City, and
thereafter,this ordinance shall take effect in accordance with law.
