The City Council of the City of Redlands Does Ordain As Follows:
Section One: Section 11 of said Ordinance No. 075 is hereby
amended to read as follows:
Section Ili (a)
In Zones Bl, B2 C. E F and Fl, or Agricultural Light Indu'StAba , First
and Second ResiAentiai Districts and Estate Resiaentail Districts, no
building or structures excepting fences not exceeding four (4) feet in
height, and excepting open pergolas , shall be constructed or moved
or otherwise placed nearer than four (4) feet to the said line of any
lot within one hundred (100) feet of the street to which such side
line runs. As used in this section the term "side line" shall mean
and include all boundarica of any lot except the street frortage
thereof and the rear line thereof , In the case of lots' the rear
line of which abuts on the side lines of any other lot. such rear
line shall also be considered a side line for the purpose of this
section.
Section 11 M
Throughout the City of 'Redlands no tent, tent—house or other structure
of similar nature shall be constructed or moved in and set upon any
lot or parcel of land,, provided. however, that the Council may in its
discretion, in instances in which the welfare of the community gill
not be detrimentally affected or the fisc hazard increased thereby,
permit the erection or establishment of structures in such places
and for such length of time as it shall deem advisable.
. Section 11 ( c)
In Zone F1 or First Estate Residentail District, the minimum lot or
building ate area for said district shall have an area of not less
that twenty thousand (20.000) soare feet, with a minimum frontage of
eighty (60)feet , tull no builftgoor structure shall be erected or altered
upon any lot to accommodate more than one family,
I Section 11 (d)
In Zone F. or gatate Residentail District, the minimum lot or building
site area said district shall have an area of not less than
sixteen thousand (14 000) square feet, with a minimunt frontage of
eighty (80) feet $ ane no building or structure shall be erected or
altered upon any lot to accommodate more than one family.
Section 11 (e)
In Zone E, or First Residentail District, the minimum lot or building
site area for said district, shall have an area of not less than five
thousand (5000) square feet , with a minimum frontage of fifty (50) feet
and no building or structure shall be erected or altered upon any
lot to accommodate more than one family, provided,
however, that in
the case of corner lots the required square footae shall be at least
four thousand five hundred (4500) square feet.
Section 11 M
in Zone C or second Residentail Districts, no building or structure shall
be erectea or altered upon any lot to accommodate more than one family
for every two thousand (2000) square feet of the area of the let;
provided' however, that in the case of corner lots the required
square footage for each family shall be at least eighteen hundred (1800)

Section 11 (g) Jt,ilding Areas
In 'Zones F and Fl Lstate Residential District and First
Residential Residential District all. buildings or structures intended or
used for the purpose uf human habitation in the sense of a home,
41 dwelling or living quarters shall - contain an area of riot less thai
'Nelve Hundred (1200) square feet , and in
shall contain an area of not less than Seven Hundred Fifty (750)
square feet.
