RESOLUTION CONCERNING GRANT OF EASD°TENT FOR PUBLIC STREET PURPOSES BY
ATCHISON, TOPEKA. AMID SANTA FE RAILWAY CaIPANY.
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redlands, California,
that the grant of an easement for public street purposes upon the
Atchison, Topeka and Nanta Fe Railway Company's 60-foot wide right of
way through Lot 8, Chicago Colony Reservation in the City of Redlands;
DE AND THE SAME IS HEREBY ACCEPTED. and
DE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the Mayor and the City Clerk
of the City of Redlands are hereby authorized, empowered and directed to accept
said grant on behalf of the City of Redlands.
